Psychotherapy within basic insurance

Psychological psychotherapy is covered by basic health insurance since 1.07.2022, if prescribed by a general practitioner or a psychiatrist. In case of an emergency situation, e.g. after a severe diagnosis, it can also be prescribed by another medical doctor.

Basic health insurance covers the costs excluding the annual franchise and the 10% retention.

 

Private paying clients – self-experience – coaching 

If your problems are not referred to as a mental disorder or you would rather not have health insurance involved, you are able to pay the costs of therapy on your own. The rate is 170.- CHF/50min and includes a preparation before and after the session. My work is charged by the hour. Self-experience and coaching are also not covered by the basic insurance and the rate is also 170.- CHF/50min. 

 

Cancellation policy
Appointments can be cancelled prior to 24h to the appointment time.

Shorter notices are charged with 100.- CHF. No-shows are charged the full costs.
